Terms of use

Using this site means calling a number or sending a description. These are the terms attached to doing either.

What this site is

An advertising and booking service for private-property dead animal work in the Minneapolis area. It is not a removal company. It keeps no office, employs no field staff and operates no vehicles. Calls go to an independent operator who covers the address, and form submissions are passed to that operator.

Who you contract with

The operator, not this site. They set the price, decide what they will take on, choose when they can attend, and are responsible for any insurance and permits their work requires. Their agreement is with you. This site takes no payment, is not a party to it, and cannot commit the operator to anything.

What is not promised

No page here states an arrival window, a response time, availability, a price or a guaranteed outcome, and none should be read as implying one. A carcass sealed somewhere with no route to it is not recovered — no finished wall, ceiling or plaster is cut to reach it — and a search does not always find what it is looking for.

No claim is made about any operator’s licensing, insurance, bonding, certification, training or experience. Ask them directly when they call.

Accuracy of what is published here

Ordinances, departmental phone numbers and municipal practice change without notice. Anything here describing what a public body does was accurate when it was checked and is published so you can verify and use it yourself — including where the public route is the free one. Confirm anything that matters with the department concerned. Nothing here is legal advice.

Using the site

Do not submit another person’s details, do not use the form for automated or promotional messages, and do not republish these pages.

Liability and law

Provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, this site is not answerable for work an operator did or declined, for what they charged, for delay, or for reliance on a municipal detail that has since changed. Minnesota law governs these terms.
